Founded in 1952, the University of Guam is a non-profit public higher education institution located in the rural setting of the large town of Mangilao (population range of 10,000-49,999 inhabitants). Officially recognized by the WASC Senior College and University Commission, University of Guam (UOG) is a small-sized (uniRank enrollment range: 3,000-3,999 students) coeducational Guamanian higher education institution.
