Accreditation Council of Trinidad and Tobago

Established in 2004, the Accreditation Council of Trinidad and Tobago (ACTT) is an organization responsible for quality assurance and accreditation of higher education institutions in Trinidad and Tobago. Its mission is to enhance the quality of tertiary education through accreditation, monitoring and evaluation.

The ACTT has been recognized by various international accreditation bodies, including the Caribbean Accreditation Authority for Education in Medicine and other Health Professions (CAAM-HP) and the Accreditation Council for Business Schools and Programs (ACBSP). It has also signed agreements with several regional and international accreditation bodies to promote mutual recognition and cooperation in the area of accreditation.
